Game Informer is so dumb, they give Knack an 8.25 but a genuine platformer that brings something new to the table a 60? Screw them.

You obviously haven't played Knack lol. Hint: it's great.

I haven't played Max yet but from the videos it looks nice. Seems the drawing aspect would have worked much better with a touch screen though.

 

 

Also the Double Helix artwork looks amazing!

Doubtful, Game Informer already released their review and they don't usually break embargoes. 

Yeah someone in the Gaf thread thought there was an embargo and that GI was breaking it. Whatever though, seems that the people who are playing it between here and there are almost unanimously singing praise, that's all the "reviews" I need.

I'm hearing the game runs a flawless 60FPS at 1080P native, but the cut-scenes stutter.

Haven't noticed any stuttering in cut-scenes yet but I am only on Chapter 2 .

Great game so far I agree with Kownicki, Everybody get the game if you alreadyhaven't got it =P Worth the money and a great start for Press Play with Microsoft, Can't wait to see what they bring out next

Really though it may be the best looking Platformer ive played though(This or Rayman).  The cutscenes are much better than i thought it would be too, very charming characters so far :)
