I agree.  I consider both Kameo and Viva Pinata some of Rare's best work of all time.  If I marked their games it would go something like this

1. Banjo
2. Conker
3. Viva PInata (Yepp that high)
4. Donkey Kong Country
5. Kameo
6. Perfect Dark
7. Killer Instinct
8. Jet Force Gemini
9. Goldeneye
10. Donkey Kong 64

All of them are very loved by me, considering Killer Instinct is my favorite game this gen so far if that says anything.
