All I know is that the linked ban reasons are down to gamrconnect.com, which is now an unregistered domain:

So if it's not fixed personally I'll be posting the ban reason in that person's ban description or on their wall. Alternately it comes up with the post number so you could just substitute it in to the below:

Just change the number at the end to the one in the ban reason and you're fine. It's a tricky one sure but for now it's the best solution
