i want to believe it, but its just about impossible at this point. not a deal killer for the xbo, but it will be on a separate power switch and fully unpowered when not in use. big time trust issues all around.

ps4 has no mic and camera, and if it did i could turn it off. only difference. and i dont facebook, i have a liquorandgunfun facebook page but i never use it and i dont use it to socialize, just to get points for steam and other stupid game things for having a facebook page, no one knows i have it bc it isnt for socializing and no i dont tweet or care what anyone twits about. its a twit bc its always usually something stupid.

it stands the same today  though...Gmail sucks when it comes to privacy.... on gov request everybody is on the same level they have no choice.... but google does go through your mail content to build data base and sell ad space and all.... outlook doesn't ever look to your data unless asked by the gov like anybody else....

the commercial stands today as much as prior snowden said anything.... and anything snowden said is nothing newsworthy.... anybody who didn't know those things took place have been living under a rock.... when you know a simple cop can access your medical record with a court order how can you doubt the NSA is not using the legal system to get information through 3rd parties.... me what was news to me is how many people had no clue about that... this what is sadening.... how much people are clule less their nice democracies work and have no other choice to keep the store front shiny and peacfull for all....

and what trust issue with the Kinect....???? for the hundred trillion time.... using Kinect as a spying device would be the stupidest thing ever imagined..... it is a worthless source of information....

there is no way they could ever exploit it for anything.... the chance of having someone that is of interest for the NSA having a XBox1 is already tiny, but do you really think anyone involved in high profile criminal activities have a big huge full open house discussion about their evil plans while playing a team death match at Halo, and smiling big in front of known camera and mic tracking device.... are people so shortsighted they came to imagine that???? the guys probably vet the room for mics every week but they would keep an XB1 Kinect combo right there....
