Wouldn't that mean more IGN readers would then have an interst in something like X over SM 3D World?

Its simple. IGN hates Nintendo.
If X was shown exactly as it is but on PS4 they would be all over it, thats a fact.

Inb4 100 posts saying 'it was a next gen poll', TC is just setting himself up for that joke.

It seems the term "next gen" is being used more in reference to advances in technology than the chronological cycle of the consoles.

It doesn't look like Wii U had much presence in the poll, and X still hasn't had much exposure. With Nintendo not doing a E3 presser, less than 100k saw that new trailer live.

end thread/ its really this simple, More people know about Witcher 3 than they do X. Not IGN's fault that Ninty doesnt talk about the game much, matter of fact, this is on Ninty for not exposing more of the game if anything.

on a side note, i think it is messed up that their isnt any Wii U games up there, but as someone said, IGN seems to count gens in terms of tech and not time. Some agree some dont. I say deal with it or ask them why or just dont visit the site if one is that bothered by it.

Please, the PS3 would crash and burn trying to run that game without dumbing it down
