You can of course report all you want as the topic (even ours) is directly related to the OP in that its related to perception of communities based on changing general preferences, our argument regarding fact or opinion plays in to this just fine as its in direct relation to the topic at hand, so in essence you reported me for discussing in a civil manner, the opening topic, well done :)

As has been said many times, he's asked around and for important active members of the xbox community here, that is the consensus atm it seems. You can disagree all you want with that, but then you'd be proposing that he's lying and not that it's his opinion.

Okay, understood, the word fact needs to be used more accurately. In return, I'll ask you to pay more attention to the point someone is trying to make rather than getting stuck on semantics, cause we're not here for that.

Also the argument would have ended with "its not a fact its an opinion" if he had taken a moment to think it over and simply said "true, but as an opinion its just as valid" which it is, while it may be getting stuck on semantics, such little details make a huge difference when topics such as this end up posted as news, the difference between "fact" and "option" there is huge.

Most of us understood what he was trying to say. Don't get stuck on semantics, general rule of thumb. It's boring, and it just requires a bit of thinking. And if you do want to get into semantics, make it absolutely clear because otherwise you get a trainwreck, like this one.

Regarding who is important and who isn't, it's a trick question. Everyone is important, but again what did I mean by that. I'm talking about members who are very active and play an important role in the content on this site.

Try not to get stuck on words, it'll be a favor you'll do for yourself, and for everyone around you.

Stop saying he derailed it. He's entirely entitled to talk about semantics, as unpleasant as it is.

You are not as perfect as you make it out to be, and you could be more civilized, just saying. If you want to know what I mean, PM me.

I know and I agree that I'm not perfect either.... Now when he just ignore my points, argue about semantic on all replies, sending me PM telling me how he loves to 'piss me' off. I think it is easy to understand how I can become less civilized and actually start to not care about anything he is saying after that.

Looking at his post history; it is not the first time he is arguing to death for semantic and while it is perfectly okay; he needs to stop ignoring the point being made just because of that.
