This looks to be the same size as the Z...personal experience with the Z and other ~5inch phones says that its really not that big. But i believe this is the biggest phones will get for Flagship non niche products. Unless they manage to cut down on the bezel and make even more room for the screen but keep the same overall size of the phone. Samsung did this REALLY well with the S4

Anyways I dont think people in here understand that this is supposedly Sony's next flagship phone. Its not a niche camera phone. If you look at the leaked pictures it looks pretty much identical to the Z...thats why i have a big issue with the article when it says compete with Nokia 1020 or S4 Zoom.

I really dont think this phone will be as niche as those phones. This looks to one up current top end phones like the S4, HTC One, iPhone 5S etc.

That being said it probably wont have anywhere near the photo capturing quality of the smarphone/camera hybrids.

Decent specs, but these are camera phones and the Nokia is the better camera.

I also agree about these bigger phones too.  The 920 I have is as big as I will go, just about manageable.  5" phones are too big.

 

Xperia Honomi isnt a camera phone its Sony's next flagship phone period.

The camera in Honomi wont compare with the camera in the Nokia 1020.

Edit: Looks like the phone will have a focus on imaging. But I cant see this competing with Nokia 1020 or the S4 zoom. At the end of the day the size's of the camera's are completely different.

How can this not be their flagship phone if its their best phone? Based on the specs its also quite a bit better than the Z.

This will be like a Zs...

1st quarter next year they will probably release another flagship. Where we might see a more radical design change.
