I already posted but sometimes I actually starve then eat perfectly normal food as well lol. Pancakes and ramen just got so bad that I would starve for a weekend then buy good food.

ill go with starving. it would probably overall be less painful, and it comes with an upside which is its a good way to lose fat xD
