No it would just make them seem cocky and arrogant. They make incredible games and they know that they make incredible games. No need to go all out and ruin your reputation like that. Plus the Naughty Dog name is so well known now, why change it?

Just the idea of them changing it should be enough lolz. Them actually changing their name would not be funny to most. I'd certainly lose a lot of respect for them, though I doubt that'd keep me from buying their games hehe.
