I was quite interested in the community thing. Hopefully, Insomniac will be able to immitate Halo's success with community features. I'd love something similar to theatre mode, and being able to upload the pics and vids to MyResistance.net

Personally I detested the first Resistance, so maybe Insomniac will say hey how about we make a good game now knowing it'll sell no matter what. My opinion. Features though in that preview did sound cool.

Anyway, I'm glad to know you didn't like Resistance: Fall of man, because apparently your opinion is a drop in a bucket full of positive reviews for the game, so until your opinion matters more I'll formulate my own thanks :)

But yes features were cool.  As I said I'm hoping that Insomniac tries this time and makes a good game, cause I felt the first one was a cheap cash in to the oversaturated FPS market, which pretty much if you make it sci fi and first person form with good online it'll sell.  Tell me I"m not right.

The last game was AWESOME <-Fact :D, it had some of the coolest weapons I've played with in years, featured some pretty aewsome monster cocepts, had very good difficulty placement, and some unique experiences. Sometimes solid gameplay needs to be more focused on than innovation. Sure theres a bunch of Sci-fi shooters on the market at the moment, but how many of them are actually any good on the PS3? It was a great game, and an even better launch title.

Ya know I enjoyed Resistance's weapons too. I thought they were fun. But I couldn't help thinking that I have played this game before. My opinion on Resistance 1 has stood since the day I played it. And that is, that Insomniac was told to create an online FPS to help jumpstart that world on the PS3, and Insomniac did just that. And judging by your last few sentences I think you'd even agree, that this was more of a business project than an idealistic project.

But because you can't handle me I'll stay to my previous statements that I'm actually intrigued by Reistance 2 and can't wait to see more.

Well when general consensus seems to be that the game is of great quality, I generally accept it as fact that it's a good game :P I found Super Mario Galaxy a bit un-interesting, but I'm sure it's a great title.

More of a business project? Possibly, but it was still an awesome game, and had some awesome unique features. Calling the game bland and boring is a bit of a long shot. I mean if your looking for it to be bad, then of course it will be :P But if your trying to look for a great game, it's not hard to find in the title. A perfect launch title with fun gameplay, single player, co-op, and multiplayer. And for as many books, movies, and commic books that are out there, the story was fairly original.
