It will be close but many of you are forgetting that GoW will get the Platinum Hits treatment right around the time GoW2 releases, maybe even before it. That will boost its sales for some time as newer 360 owners pick up the game on the cheap.
It's still a 500k lead for Gears. That should take TP quite some time to catch up to (and Gears is still selling).

TP > Gears
Zelda is a game that will sell nicely througout the whole lifespan of the Wii. Gears won't. Especially when Gears 2 launches.
