Hmmmm.... they should make it for Wii U as well, it doesn't look all that demanding and the use of the gamepad would actually make sense for it. Too bad Epic is stupid about UE4 on Wii U I guess :P

so will the game run in 720p or why the bloody hell is the video not in 1080?
why should i "what shit" in 720p?
edit: ah it is THIS game. well, i guess 720 is ok for this....

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:
WiiU: Donkey Kong
XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse
It's not scary, the character says the same line too much, environments aren't creepy, just bland and empty, graphics are bad for next gen. The random generation is a cool idea but it could make the horror ineffective since timing/pacing and scripted events are usually so crucial in that genre... not much going for it.
This an indy game? It looks very low budget.
Could sell 100K at $15 as a PSN download title though.

yeah, and it's disappointing because blacklight retribution had high production values

Made by the same studio? I cant quite member what that game was about. A console AA game, a futuristic Gears ov War ripoff?

yup. F2P FPS for pc, coming to next gen consoles. More like cod set in the near future with more urban/industrial settings
| CGI-Quality said: I wasn't aware that this was made by the same folks. But really, this isn't going to get any kind of high budget. Why should it? It's a title in a modest genre, that's a dowbnload-only. Blacklight appeals to a wider demographic. Never mind the fact that it was once a PC exclusive. Sony is helping, somewhere. |
I agree it's not neccessary, but looking at the gameplay it could of used it. Not an AAA budget by any means, but maybe a slightly bigger team?
Well, I don't really know how game development works, are better environments and sound design for example more of a result of a bigger budget or better talent? Is the budget mainly the sum of number of developers x time worked on game?
looks like a love child of Slender and Juon the Grudge on Wii, I hope there is more to the game mechanic than just walking around and get spooked, I'd love to see some puzzles.
