Nier's ending is kinda... final? I dunno how you're suppose to spin a sequal out of it tbh.

Nier isn't exactly in the same universe as Drakengard. At the end of Drakengard in one of the "optional" endings the main characters end up through a dimensional boundary that ended up being Tokyo. While Nier can technically be considered part of the series if the optional ending is considered canon, it really has no impact on Drakengard 2-3.

I really hope this one ends up coming over. I really liked Drakengard as it was really fun, and I had OCD for the weapons and stuff.
