You guys should just buy a PSP to support Sony and the devs.

I already had a PSP and bought a PSVita. Where do you think my ISO's come from? Also, buying a used console would not help anyone. This is about the experience of playing PSP games in 1080p with AF and AA as opposed to the measily 800x241 w/o AF and AA on the original hardware.

480 x 272.

Ahaha, thanks for the correction (although I could have sworn the width was 800px).

Well this looks nice. Thanks

Interesting. I'm gonna try Monster Hunter and see how that works, the previous PSP emulator I used couldn't run Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite properly.

Apparently it runs pretty nice, buggy intro video and some sound-bugs aside.

Wow it works amazingly well. Aside of some sound glitches everything seems to be working perfectly, on my short play very rarely the FPS drop below 60.

This guys made an incredible job with this emulator.

And this isn't even the final version yet. Hell, probably not even close. The emulator went into development November 2012. They created a pretty damn good emulator in half a year. It's mind-blowing how good these guys are.

The main-developer is quite famous in the emulation-scene.

Didn't he also create Dolphin?

He did! Well, he left quite early and many, many other devs pushed the project to where it is now but still...

Ah, that's interesting. :D

btw. Thank you for cutting the quote tree, I'm currently on my mobile and can't do that.

Yeah, no problem. But I am glad that mods don't push this rule too much as they did in the beginning ;) And sometimes it really destroys the context.

How are emulators on Android? Do you need a particularly powerful phone? I just started downloading them tonight, but I don't think I'll be able to run anything over GBA.

Android tablets. I don't think any android phone besides the Galaxy S4 could run 3D games particulary well. The 2D games, though...

My android phone plays 3D games like Mega Man 64 fine.
