“Kentucky Route Zero Act 4 is nearly done,” we proclaimed back in November of last year. The statement was made entirely in good faith, but “nearly done” proved to be a somewhat flexible term, as was the promise that it would be released “soon,” which I think we can all agree was last seen receding in our rear view mirror shortly after the new year. The latest trailer for Firaxis' turn-based 4X strategy 'em up Civilization 6 showcases China, and it'll bring to the battlefield on October 21.

Dynastic Cycles are the eastern nation's special ability this time round, and, leading the charge as ruthless emperor Qin Shi Huang—the man responsible the wonderfully weird Terrecota Army—this power means Eurekas and Inspirations will offer larger boosts in comparison to other civs.

Ana Amari, the Overwatch support sniper who was revealed last week, is now live and playable on PC.

Third-person survival horror game Through the Woods is the debut venture from Norwegian studio Antagonist that’s out later this year. Viewed through the eyes of a mother who’s lost her son, it guides players through a seemingly haunted forest and is designed to play on a childlike fear of the dark and the unknown.

Bandai Namco has announced PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION 2, the highly anticipated sequel to 2007’s smash hit PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION and it’s follow-up hit from 2010, PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION DX. Another day, another Battlefield 4 DLC freebie. Today it's Naval Strike, a collection of four aquatic-themed maps set in the South China Sea: Lost Islands, Nansha Strike, Wave Breaker, and Operation Mortar. The DLC also adds five new weapons to the game, new attachments, and the Carrier Assault Mode, “a re-imagining of the classic Battlefield 2142 Titan Mode.”

The mysterious, highly aggressive race of insectoid aliens known as the Thargoids have previously been a staple of the Elite universe, but we haven't yet seen them in Elite: Dangerous. As far back as the 2012 Kickstarter, though, Frontier Developments warned that they were “still around,” and following the discovery of alien artifacts in May of 2015, players began speculating that a Thargoid appearance was imminent.

While Lara Croft’s most recent outing, Rise of the Tomb Raider, arrived on PC back in January (and Xbox One a couple of months prior), the timed Microsoft exclusive will now launch on PlayStation 4 consoles on October 11. For PC players, this means a new Blood Ties story chapter DLC is on its way, as well a new online co-op expansion to Endurance mode. No word on price for now, but Season Pass holders will get both, as well as "Lara's Nightmare".

Earlier this week, Myst’s spiritual successor Obduction was delayed, sliding back from its proposed July 26 launch date to August 24 next month. FRAPS to Make a Comeback with Windows 10 Support

The popular frame-rate overlay, screengrab and recording utility FRAPS is set to make a comeback. The new version 3.6.0 comes with official Windows 10 support, with support for all of the utility's nifty features. FRAPS developer Beepa did not comment on when they plan to release version 3.6.0, only stating that they "hope to have it available as soon as possible," and that its development is in progress.

I was also hoping for HBM2 with big Pascal but I guess its the generation of GDDR5X with Nvidia.
