Not bad for an SFF model:

Pretty good, just wonder why no bigger SSD options or a Type-C on the back.

Also, would have loved some option for a bigger GPU like the 6650M XT or 6700M, but the 6600M is ultimately fine for what this is.

I this was a shoop job, until I found the video and...just wtf lol.

These cards are just so fucking dumb to look at, both in size and price.

Also agree with the guy, I'm tired of the market treating us like kids, by having stupid looking GPU designs. I just want a sleek robust looking card, and I'm of the side that doesn't actually care about RGB this or RGB that, I just want a tidy case, clean innards and sleek/slim hardware, not chonky shit, more fans/RGB on GPU's (that are likely to die on me like one of my 1080ti Aorus fans did, thanks Gigabyte).

Feels like the market side of the GPU industry forgot we existed after these 2 yrs, and now it's "what do consumers like again?, oh yeah, big chunky, RGB puke inducing, expensive tat!".

All these whacky and chonker designs make the FE design look like the sleekest shit I've ever seen, 2 gens in a row now...

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

4080 16GB performance leak:

4080s are such a joke that it's not even funny. Doesn't matter if it's 12GB or 16GB. The price to performance ratio is an utter embarrassment after the 30 series.

Personally I think FE cards always looked the sleekest every gen since Nvidia started making their own. The only problem was that pre-Turing were all blower cards that were hot and loud. Post Turing not only looked the part but performed very well too. Nvidia does cuck their FE power limits so they don't boost as high so the AIB cards can perform better but it's usually within 5-10% for a higher price than FE.

Hey, can I borrow you for the rest of your life? Because the latest Humble Bundle is a collection of some of the greatest CRPGs in games history, but you might need to quit your job and retreat to the woods if you want to finish them before the mid-century.
Humble's RPG Legends bundle will net you Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 plus the Siege of Dragonspear expansion, Planescape: Torment, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous. Add some close encounters to Fallout 4 with this alien invasion mod
https://www.pcgamer.com/add-some-close-encounters-to-fallout-4-with-this-alien-invasion-mod/
We've known that aliens exist in the Fallout universe for a long time now, with crashed spaceships and alien corpses appearing in several games in the series. Heck, you can get beamed up to a mothership in an expansion for Fallout 3, and there's an alien invasion event in Fallout 76.
In Fallout 4 you can find a spaceship and fight a single living alien, but modder RascalArt decided it was time to finally begin a proper alien invasion. In the Zetans—Alien Invaders in the Commonwealth mod (opens in new tab), extraterrestrial visitors are done being coy and let their true intentions be known. The occupation of Earth has begun with flying saucers and alien ground forces.

Stadia's collapse means the exclusive horror game Gylt will finally release for the rest of us
https://www.pcgamer.com/stadias-collapse-means-the-exclusive-horror-game-gylt-will-finally-release-for-the-rest-of-us/
Remember Gylt? Perfectly fair if you don't: It's a singleplayer action-adventure horror game created by Rime studio Tequila Works, and it released in 2019 as a Google Stadia exclusive. And so it remained, despite some rumbling from the developers about going multiplatform. But the looming collapse of Stadia means it's finally going to happen—eventually.

Overwatch 2 queues are still a problem 24 hours later

A full 24 hours after Overwatch 2's launch and it's still suffering from login queues, errors, disconnects, and account issues.
If you try to log into Overwatch 2 right now, as of Wednesday afternoon, you'll probably face a login queue in the thousands. Or you might get kicked out of line entirely with an error. And when you get in, you could be missing cosmetic items, currency, and heroes.

Blizzard's plan to neutralize player toxicity in Overwatch 2 includes the significant step of recording all in-game voice chat, but a somewhat less drastic change has ended up causing considerable headaches and controversy all on its own—enough that Blizzard announced tonight that it's dropping a requirement to have phone numbers attached to Battle.net "for a majority of existing Overwatch players."

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

So overall, the new 4080 16GB leak does bode well for the 4090. If the 4080 16GB is indeed 20% faster in Raster vs overclocked 3090 Ti, than the 4090 most likely be around 50-60% faster than 3090Ti as it has over 6000 more cuda cores than 4080 16GB.

By comparison, the 3090 over 2080 Ti was around 40% faster in Raster but what really made Ampere stick out was the 3080 being 30% faster than 2080 Ti while being $700 vs 4080 16GB being only 20% faster than 3090 Ti while costing $1200.

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

The 4080 16GB is going to be a very good card, but not at that price. It need to be $400 cheaper.
