Persona 4 Arena Ultimax announced for PC, releases in March 2022
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/persona-4-arena-ultimax-announced-for-pc/
SEGA and Atlus have just announced a new Persona game, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is a fighting game developed by Arc System Works, that came out for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2013. And while this game will release on PC, there still isn’t any news about Persona 5 Royal coming to PC.
>> dx11332sega has made a thread about this announcement.

And we all saw that coming. When publishers started pushing for higher prices on current-gen consoles, we knew that this price hike would one day come to the PC. And, from the looks of it, Square Enix is the first publisher that has raised its PC prices to 80 euros.

Surely that means their port quality will increase tenfold, right?...right?.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

^To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if the price went back down to 60€ once the game comes to Steam.

Please excuse my bad English.

£65. That's even more than preordering a retail copy on PS5. Ridiculous.

Don't ruin my dreams, man!

Also, that game is not exclusive for the Epic Store, right? It won't need an incentive once it launches on Steam to convince players to buy it. After all, arriving late and being 80€ isn't exactly the best recipe for success.

The Matrix thing looks amazing. Almost photo realistic. Is this a good thing for some games though.

Do you want to shoot at npc's that look and react like real beings. The gamey looking characters and art styles bridge a gap between reality and a game.

I guess people get decentized over time but extreme realism in video games not always to my taste. I've been happy graphics wise since i played Uncharted 2 on PS3. Last time i was blown away. Most things are better than that now and i just focus on the game.

I agree. Some games will feel better the more realistic they look, like racing or simulator games. But platformers or shooters? I really doubt it.
