Now, in a video interview with GameSpot, studio founder Swen Vincke has confirmed that Baldur's Gate 3 won't be leaving Early Access in 2021. "We are really trying to get the game done by next year," he said. "It's not gonna release this year for sure."

So, has any of you tried one of the Switch emulators?

Metroid Dread looks good, but I'm not buying the machine just for it. Howver, buying the game and playing it on an emulator is something that I could think of...

Yuzu is not that heavy anymore after its latest updates. However maybe you could try before you buy, no harm in renting the game from the net for a test . And if it works you already have it set up you just buy the game .

Thanks.

Unfortunately, I know myself. If I "rent" it, I know that I'll postpon the purchase over and over again. What can I say, I'm weak.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G APU Review & Benchmarks: $260 CPU + GPU (vs. 5600X & More)

This is an APU where depending on what you are buying it for... Is either a good deal or a terrible deal.

CPU only in gaming:

5600X ($300) > 11400 ($182) > 5600G ($260) > 3600

CPU only in production:

5600X ($300) > 5600G ($260) > 11400 ($182) > 3600

iGPU in gaming :

5600G iGPU > CPU + 1030 >> Intel iGPU

So if you are buying this CPU as a stop gap until the GPU prices come down so you can buy one at MSRP and you have no plans to upgrade the CPU later down the line, it's a bad deal. Because if you are on a budget, the difference in getting the intel i5 11400 vs 5600G is the difference between getting a 3060 and a 3060 Ti. You know... The difference between getting a 2060 Super vs a 2080 Super... But if you are getting this as a low spec gamer situation or if you are getting this for now and may want to upgrade to a more powerful CPU later down the line as it gives you the option of upgrading up to 16 cores 32 threads + Zen 3 Vcache. Then this would be a good deal.

Overall, I don't like the price. There is a significant performance gap between a 5600x and this looses to a 11400 in gaming when there is a powerful GPU involved.

Looks like they fixed the ghosting issue with this update! And most likely, it will be added as a driver update for other games like Death Stranding. One day, this might actually be as good as native at all times!

Final Fantasy 7 Remake & Alan Wake Remastered appear on Epic Games Store’s database

It appears that Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Alan Wake Remastered will be coming to Epic Games Store. As we can clearly see, these two games can be found in Epic Games Store’s database, suggesting that both of them are coming to PC.

I did buy it on ps4 already and have the dlc as well on my ps5 so if they aren't gonna let me double dip the way I want...

Remedy is already on my never buy from again list (since they've been making oodles of deals with Epic), but it looks like SE is going to join the list with Ubisoft, gearbox, 2k and T2.

Ok, first of all, you should be careful with jokes like that, Yuri. Not all mods have (enough) sense of humor and may take that seriously.

And then, we doon't know if those games are exclusive, just temporal exclusives or it just happened that they were found in their database earlier than in others like Steam. Let's wait and see how it goes... even if the outcome will likely be that of timed exclusives.

S-E loves money and it actually surprises me how long it took them to try Epic and their lower cut. I'm sure you've noticed, but none of the S-E (not Eidos or other, but from their main studios) games on Steam go below 50% off. Some times one can go to 60% off, but that's a rare sight. It's one of the few publishers that do that.

Remedy... well, I'm not sure if this is Remedy or 505 Games, as theywere the ones that published Control. In any case, my biggest problem with them is that they create great worlds and games and stories, only to leave them incomplete. Max Payne? No interest in doing it anymore so sold it to Take Two. Alan Wake? How long we've been waiting for it? So much that I no longer care, to be honest. Quantum Break? No way in hell they're going back to it, sadly. And then with Control they left the end open again without knowing if it would sell well enough to warrant a sequel. They're like those TV shows writers that love to end the seasons with cliffhangers even when they know that there will likely be no next season.
