Ok, first of all, you should be careful with jokes like that, Yuri. Not all mods have (enough) sense of humor and may take that seriously.
And then, we doon't know if those games are exclusive, just temporal exclusives or it just happened that they were found in their database earlier than in others like Steam. Let's wait and see how it goes... even if the outcome will likely be that of timed exclusives.
S-E loves money and it actually surprises me how long it took them to try Epic and their lower cut. I'm sure you've noticed, but none of the S-E (not Eidos or other, but from their main studios) games on Steam go below 50% off. Some times one can go to 60% off, but that's a rare sight. It's one of the few publishers that do that.
Remedy... well, I'm not sure if this is Remedy or 505 Games, as theywere the ones that published Control. In any case, my biggest problem with them is that they create great worlds and games and stories, only to leave them incomplete. Max Payne? No interest in doing it anymore so sold it to Take Two. Alan Wake? How long we've been waiting for it? So much that I no longer care, to be honest. Quantum Break? No way in hell they're going back to it, sadly. And then with Control they left the end open again without knowing if it would sell well enough to warrant a sequel. They're like those TV shows writers that love to end the seasons with cliffhangers even when they know that there will likely be no next season.
Please excuse my bad English.
