I'll assume that was for me. Think it was more a impulse buy to be honest, I'll keep it sealed in the meantime.

Usually, I'd say that its a bad idea to purchase it now if there are no games that you want to play on it, but given how scarce seems to be the availablity of the new consoles, it kind of makes sense to buy one if you find it to play the games that you know will launch in the future.

Congrats for your purchase, even if you don't seem all too excited about it.

At that price I'd go full RTX 3090 :P They don't go OOS instantly like the rest of the GPU lineups.

I'm in the UK, there are zero 3090's, also they are way more money, for features that are not really a concern for me.

If you have PS Plus or plan to get it, there's a bunch of games that come with the console.

Definitely try God of War and Uncharted 4. Also Persona 5, Ratchet and Clank and Bloodborne. There's others as well but I cba to list and; you can probably find on Google. Also Astro's Playroom which is a fun filler (and surprising so!). All else you can probably flog it on Ebay after you tried it and still profit from it lol

Yeah same. But they momentarily go in stock at around £1400-1500. I'd say RT is pretty big feature for next gen games but yeah fair enough xP

The one annoying thing now is that I am gonna have to wait until Monday before I can build my pc as I work on the weekends and work from home.

Curse you 2021

But I did take 2 weeks off to enjoy my new computer and consoles!

Nothing is safe these days. My biggest worry is whether or not the gpu manufacturers will price their next gen ones while keeping the mining aspect in mind... Which is to say... Hopefully they won't pull another 2000 series...
