In other news MS have made it official (Also Ultra Street Fighter IV will be steamworks)
Along with the retirement of Microsoft Points, the upcoming Xbox 360 update will retire the PC games marketplace on Xbox.com, and Games for Windows Live-published games will be withdran from sale.
“As part of the upcoming Xbox 360 system update, Microsoft Points will be retired, and the Xbox.com PC marketplace will be closed as of August 22, 2013,” Microsoft wrote on the Games for Windows Live Facebook page.
“We encourage you to spend your Microsoft Points balance prior to this change. Although you will not be able to purchase new games, you can continue to enjoy previously purchased content by downloading them through the Games for Windows LIVE client software as usual.”
In an FAQ, the platform holder confirmed that there will be no option for buying PC games on Xbox.com for immediate future, but that some titles may still offer DLC.
“Games for Windows Live titles published by Microsoft are no longer available for purchase from any marketplace,” the company added.
Note that titles which use Games for Windows Live DRM, like Batman: Arkham City and Dark Souls, will remain available for purchase; the statement refers to games published exclusively through the GFWL channel. In a statement issued to Eurogamer, Microsoft said it “continues to support the Games for Windows Live platform”.
“Although purchase functionality will be discontinued through this marketplace, the Games for Windows Live service will continue to operate as usual,” a Microsoft representative said.
Microsoft may be preparing some sort of successor to the GFWL marketplace, as long-time Steam champion Jason Holtman recently jumped ship from Valve with the intent to turn Windows into a “a great platform for gaming and interactive entertainment”.

And also the Roguelike revolution continues
Vlambeer has announced its newest game, Wasteland Kings, a “roguelike-like” for PC.
Destructoid reports the minimalist title has players battling monsters in randomly-generated worlds. The arcade style-action is modified by weapon pick ups and mutant abilities.
The indie developer has decided to draw back the curtain on development this time around, streaming work-in-progress through its Twitch channel.
“We always said that being open is the best way to exist as an indie developer, and we felt like taking that to the extreme. It also just sounds like a really fun experiment,” Vlambeer’s Rami Ismail said.
Wasteland Kings, which apparently “feels like Vlambeer”, will be on show at the PAX Prime Indie Megabooth and should hit Steam Early Access in a few weeks.
Vlambeer is also responsible for Ridiculous Fishing, Luftrausers, Super Crate Box and the best game ever made.

Call of Duty Ghosts has better textures on PC than next gen consoles
"PC is taking a different tack from previous games [in the series,]" Rubin told Kotaku during a phone interview earlier this week during Ghosts' big multiplayer reveal event.
Older versions of Call of Duty, at least from Infinity Ward, the makers of the CoDs that come out in odd-numbered years, were built with the same graphics assets as the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games. "Now, PC has its own set of assets," Rubin said. "It's going to look better than any Call of Duty we've ever made on PC."
Rubin's team has already been talking about how sensational Call of Duty should look on this fall's powerful PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. Those versions are expected to look far better, graphically, than the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U versions. Of the PC edition, he said, "They're actually using an even higher version in many cases than the next-gen consoles, from a texture standpoint."

I don't know why this is not in this thread.

Here are some cheats for the mobile app: http://www.eqnexus.com/forums/threads/everquest-mobile-app-now-available.446/page-2#post-5179
If you just want the station points, play the 1st one and the 3rd one, the other 2 are not so important.
