Hopefully we see it soon.
They probably didn't want to put it there and say "plays best on Xbox One X", or something.
I mean, they shouldn't be saying that at all, but whatever.

| JEMC said: So guys, given that MSoft didn't talk about Age of Empires IV on their conference, do you think they'll show it today on the PC Show? And can we hope that they didn't show it yesterday because it will be a PC only game? |
They better do, and I don't want any gamepass shit shown off at the event either. A mention of the Halo collection on win 10 store won't win me over, and neither will AoE IV. It's either Steam, or a colossal overhaul and built in mod support for the win 10 store, or they can sod off.
I'm hoping SE have something unique to show off, as I do not want a repeat of MS's E3, where Todd shows up and basically goes "go watch my event instead". I know SE has their own, and I'm not wanting them to come close to PC E3, if all they are going to do is pull a Todd Howard. They could very well likely be showing off the console port of Tomb Raider and JC4 (I do not buy into the "from the ground up, just for you PC guys, honest" bullshit).
Also no need to show off the modding tools for FFXV, those have already been released, and the last event PCG had already showed off a glimpse of the modding system.
Sega is likely to just show off Total War, which will get a resounding meh and a yawn from me.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
Brace yourselves, the first round of news are waiting for you. To make it easier for you, I've separated the news not by site but by publisher (if there are a few from one in particular). Let's begin:

Tales of Vesperia was a notable JRPG back in 2008: it was released exclusively on the Xbox 360 and was a lavish, big budget production at the time, something the Tales series hasn't really had since. A PS3 version released exclusively in Japan a year later had some extra content that never made its way to the west. Until now, anyway: a trailer shown at Microsoft's E3 2018 press conference announced Vesperia is coming back this winter, with that PS3 content included. And this time, it'll be available on PC as well.

https://www.pcgamer.com/fatherhood-will-be-a-big-theme-in-spelunky-2-derek-yu-says/
Details on Spelunky 2 have been light since it was revealed last year, but creator Derek Yu talked about some of the themes of the dungeon-crawling sequel on a podcast last week. The game's first trailer strongly implies that the protagonist will be the daughter of Spelunky 1's main character, and while Yu didn't confirm that, he said that fatherhood is both a "big theme and [an] inspiration" for the follow-up.

Publisher Good Shepherd is taking the opportunity to showcase some smaller games, and one of them is turn-based tactics game Phantom Doctrine.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor—Martyr, a new action RPG from the creators of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, came out of Early Access on June 6. Tom thought it needed to "polish up its best ideas" and NeocoreGames certainly seem like they're trying, with a couple of patches since launch and now an announcement explaining their plans for its endgame.

Totally Accurate Battlegrounds no longer free, has amassed three million downloads
https://www.pcgamer.com/totally-accurate-battlegrounds-no-longer-free-has-amassed-three-million-downloads/
Totally Accurate Battlegrounds started out as a late April fools' joke and parody of the battle royale genre. And then three million players downloaded it, including Austin, who punched cheese on his way to a no-kill victory (sort of). Now, as was planned, it's no longer free-to-play, and you'll have to pay $4.99/£3.99 for its shenanigans.

https://www.pcgamer.com/pubg-teases-a-snow-map-in-e3-trailer/
During Microsoft's E3 2018 press conference, a trailer for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds had a surprising tease at the very end, showing what appeared to be a brand new snow map. In just a brief glimpse, we see a first-person view of someone following the snowy footprints of another player.
Cuphead is getting The Delicious Last Course DLC
https://www.pcgamer.com/cuphead-is-getting-the-delicious-last-course-dlc/
Cuphead has DLC on the way, as announced just now at the Microsoft E3 conference, called The Delicious Last Course. Get it? I'll wait. It took someone in the PC Gamer Slack to explain it to me, actually. I blame E3, and trying to watch trailers and write at the same time. Woe is me.
Tunic trailer shows off adorable fox combat
https://www.pcgamer.com/tunic-trailer-shows-off-adorable-fox-combat/
A new Tunic trailer showed up at Microsoft's E3 presser today. The Zelda-ish action RPG, which showed up at E3 last year at the PC Gaming Show, looks lovely as ever, and there's a bit of technical blocking and dodging to glimpse in the trailer.
Metal Wolf Chaos XD, a lost From Software classic from 2004, is getting a remaster
https://www.pcgamer.com/metal-wolf-chaos-xd-a-lost-from-classic-from-2004-is-getting-a-remaster/
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice isn't the only new From Software game announced at E3 2018: Devolver Digital has announced it will also publish a game by the Dark Souls studio. It's a remaster of Metal Wolf Chaos, a cult classic mech combat game released for the original Xbox in 2004. Now it's coming to PC later this year, with upgraded visuals and widescreen support.
Devolver Digital's E3 2018 show included gore, a homage to Robocop, actual game announcements
https://www.pcgamer.com/devolver-digitals-e3-2018-show-included-gore-a-homage-to-robocop-actual-game-announcements/
If you saw Devolver Digital's E3 conference last year, you'll have had an idea what to expect: host Nina Struthers doing a pitch-perfect impersonation of frightening corporate passion, gore, skits, and maybe some hints about actual games. This year's was a short one, though it did find time to reveal "lootboxcoin" and end with an homage to Robocop. In between, there were actual trailers for actual games including a remake of FromSoftware's Metal Wolf Chaos, a game in which the President of the United States puts on a mech suit to defeat a coup. You read that right.
Done! *Phew* I don't know if I'll be able to keep this kind of pace during all the week.

Sega is likely to just show off Total War, which will get a resounding meh and a yawn from me. |
I'd love AoE IV on Steam, but it's not going to happen. We can keep dreaming about it if we want (not me, I gave up), but it's not part of MSoft's plan.
And the same can be said about the new Gears TBS game. I'd love it to launch on Steam because it looks very promising, but the chances of that are about zero.
Please excuse my bad English.

Yeah. If it's not on Steam, it's a no buy.
Looks like you have your work cutout for you over this E3 period. :P

Pretty much
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
Another slam dunk from SEGA. Putting all their shit on PC. Can't wait.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
| caffeinade said: Hopefully we see it soon. They probably didn't want to put it there and say "plays best on Xbox One X", or something. I mean, they shouldn't be saying that at all, but whatever. |
So they ended not showing AoE IV on the PC Show either. So we got a very barebones teaser in 2017 and nothing in 2018.
Well, not all is lost. We can't rule out the possibility of a Gamescon reveal.
