This may be a dumb question but I dont know the answer and hopefully somebody here can help me.

I have about 10-15 digital games on my PS3, are those games linked to my account or my PS3? If I were to let somebody log into my account on there PS3, would they have access to my games?

if you downloaded the games from your account(PSN store) then they're yours, though I believe you can only activate your account on two PS3's

They are linked to your accounts. So if you or someone else access your account on another PS3. They can download the games, you have already purchased for free. You have a limit of 2 PS3 consoles per PSN account.

they are linked to your account. but only on 2 ps3's. but i do think there is a way to deactivate your account on a PS3, not sure how though

Ok not sure if I follow, the reason im asking is my cousin who Is away at college has never played MGS and ive been telling him how great the series is. I bought MGS1 thru PSN, if he were to log into my account on his PS3 would he be able to play it?
