So, I decided to make a little chart or whatever to see the total cost of the next gen consoles and all of the stuff I need with it. Damn, once added all together, it's quite a bit. I'll bring this cost down once the trade in bonuses roll in at gs though. I'm hoping to shave atleast $200 off the total cost.

Depends if there are any actions at launch with free games. Like at ps3 launch I received Resistance: Fall of man and motorstorm for a cut.

Just $399 (£350). I'm going to live off PSN+ games for a while and my sub is already good for a year, though if a top notch JRPG is announced for launch at Gamescom I'll bite.

Stingy I know but I'm just a cleaner, not a huge amount of disposable income :@

xD, you get to enjoy driveclub and all of the indies titles coming out which is still pretty good overall.
