atm, ps3 games aren't playable on ps4 even with Gaikai, Sony haven't said anything about transfering purchases from ps3 to 4 when Gaikai arrives.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
