Maybe the government has already done something like that?

But X-rays are kinda lame. A neutrino beam weapon shooting through the earth and silently killing people on the other side would probably be the weapon of choice for any government. A nuclear physics prof once told us that they really have to calculate now whether the neutrino levels produced by some large scale experiments are safe. Not sure if she was right, but that's what she told us.

They have on certain levels.. but won't admit to it because of the Liberty Movement.. (You know those idiots who don't give a shit about anyone.. because they think the Government should be held responsible.. and have economic and social restraints there of.. God forbid..)

Pikmen 3= Little Bump to nothing. (Got Little Bump)

Wind Waker HD= Won't sell anything (The explosion happened here and at one time 4 Wii U games was in the Amazon top 100)

Super Mario 3D World= Won't help at all looks cheap. (Currently the most sought after Wii U game and continuing the Wii U increase.)

I also wanted to mention that this could create a super cool evil doer. (Cool in an evil way, of course.)

Photons don't decay. You'd just need the power (intensity) high enough to injure at that distance, because it spreads out proportional to  distance squared.
