Update #6 =>

As much as I love The Last of Us and its graphic, I think God of War 3, Ascension and especially Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 3 have the prettier graphics.

The art design in The Last of Us is great, but less spectacular than those (maybe it's just the setting being less inviting for beautiful vistas) and it also lacks the spectacular set pieces of the other games (which makes sense from a setting, plot and gameplay prospective, but we're talking about graphics here).

I also think TLou is the only one with some minor graphical hiccups, as the pop-ins in the car and horse scenes.

So if I had to pick one as graphics king, it'd be Uncharted 3.

I just watched what is being dubbed as gameplay footage of GTA5. Not sure for which system though... If the final game looks like that on Xbox 360 and PS3, hands down one of the best looking games on the systems. Even more impressive because it is multiplatform.

The scale is impressive on such old hardware.

Update #7 =>

Nice pics.  I still don't remember the game looking this sharp on my 65" DLP.  But I do remember being fully engrossed in it 90%+ of the time.  Which is probably the truest testament to the graphics.  Good enought that you lose yourself in the game no doubt.

Very impressive for PS3.  I think ND really pulled every trick they had for this one.
