I don't think anyone misunderstood the question. Nintendo aims at everyone, all ages, both sexes. Their colorful mascots are aimed to be friendly to children but also stay with adults as they age. Their games are gameplay-focused that anyone can enjoy.

Do you think a Microsoft or Sony gamer would agree with you?

By the way, I agree, but many people do not agree with us. So are we the majority or the minority here?

I think many would not, but quite frankly, they would be wrong.  Demographics show that Nintendo actually captures the oldest gamers more than anyone.  And most that dissagree would fall into the 16-28 male demographic.  I've been there, a fellow can be very insecure at that age trying to establish that they are a grown up.  Some will feel resentment toward anything that seems child-friendly, but most will get over that in time.  It can be a challenge for some people to understand that family friendly doesn't mean anti-adult.

I would say we are in the majority.  Even among those who don't enjoy Nintendo games, it seems like only the most juvenille make comments like Nintendo games are "kiddie".
