lol Japan is the second biggest gaming country in the world but it is not the second biggest region... EU is the second biggest region... Japan is the third.

Europe is far too large and its buying habits far too disimilar to be smooshed all together. Especially considering the Xbox One will be skipping a lot of European countries at launch.
