Really? Mario 64 is my favorite Mario platformer so maybe I'd enjoy 3D Land after all. So many mixed opinions on this game!

Have you played Luigi or Animal Crossing?

I think you should either pick up Luigi's Mansion 2 (suggesting this above all else) or Animal Crossing: New Leaf. As long as you seriously think Animal Crossing: New Leaf will interest you, it should last you all summer long. (And beyond.)

I don't want to know all the new features ahead of time so I'll still be surprised a bit but you said that the game does add a good amount to it so I shouldn't get too board with New Leaf. The trailer just doesn't do it much justice in making it look too new.

Dark Moon might be more interesting at first but does it match NL's value?

No, but it can come close if you play online with other people. (I haven't bought LM2 yet. I'm just going off reviews, what I saw, and what other people on VGC have said.)

I recommend both, but since Wild World did nothing much for you and you haven't play Luigi's Mansion since forever ago, I recommended LM2 more. It's just that simple! It all depends on you.
