They said you will be able to get people powers when you touch them. I hope there is someone with powers similar to Cole, cause I loved sliding on the ziplines in Infamous 2, one the most fun game experiences.

i want Empire city back..! though i have a feeling there will someone who would have electricity power later on in the game or in the sequel.. and that someone or the power could somehow tied to cole or Zeke...
