The design is growing on me. Also, i agree it reminds me of the original PS2

At first when I saw the streaming event and they revealed it, it didn't look so great. As soon as I got the chance to look at HD images it reminded me of the PS2. That is a great sign for things to come hopefully.

Stupid trivia: If you look at a green, red, and then blue LED, you will noticed the green appears clear, the blue fuzzy, and red somewhere in between. The human retina absorbs blue light the poorest, resulting in this fuzzy appearance.

On a side note, if you google "blue LED retinal damage" you'll find a bunch of interesting scare articles. (But I would take them with a grain/pillar of salt.)
