Just finished with the Mario Kart 8 one. I'm quite pleased with these! Much clarification on these titles is welcomed by me.

Is it just me, or Mario Kart 8 is the best looking game on WiiU yet?

Bayo 2 and X looks better to me. But looks great

I think X look thes best. I do think Mario Kart's graphic overall looks on par or even better than Smash. I've noticed they both look very similar to Windwaker HD in lighting, shadowing, and art style as well.

I'm torn between MK8 and X. Both games are pushing Wii U in very different ways.
Closer to release, I think Bayonetta 2 and Super Smash Bros. will turn out very nice.

It's possible that they are running on the same engine.

Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. are shaping up to be the best titles of their respective series so far!
Anti-Grav has the potential to elevate the Mario Kart series to a whole new level, the graphics are GORGEOUS (honestly, no racing game on any current-gen console looks nearly as good as MK8) and the Miiverse features (sharing 30sec gameplay clips, tournament system via Miiverse, Mario Kart TV) sound awesome.
Super Smash Bros. also looks gorgeous (I think the people who say it looks like an upscaled SSBB only watched the trailer in 240p), the new characters seem to be fun (MEGAMAN; Animal Crossing protagonist is the greatest troll ever; I even like the Wii Fit Trainer^^) and the gameplay reminds me of a mix between Melee and Brawl. If they nail online this time (honestly, they just need to copy MK8) this game is going to be SO DAMN AWESOME
great thread!!
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Yeah, the SSB gameplay looks like it hits the sweet spot, and I'll enjoy messing around as the Wii Fit Trainer. :)
Mario Kart 8 looks like F-Zero and that's a very nice thing, even if it means no Wii U F-Zero in the end.

Yeah these videos are enlightening.
The extra explanation on especially 3D World is much appreciated. Going to be a good game, undoubtedly, but it's still not the 3D Mario game I wanted. Let's hope it'll still come in the future. And let's hope, that they hit the mark with this game and it helps the WiiU enjoy a good holiday.
Mario Kart 8 looks very cool. Tracks, from what little we can see, are awesome. Graphics, didn't think I'd actually say this about a Mario Kart, are stellar. Just look at the trees, it's the perfect style. New gameplay mechanics look cool. Retro-tracks are confirmed by the way, I think I saw Mario Kart 7's Piranha Plant Slide in there.
Lastly, can't wait to hear more about the ways they've improved the Triforce quest in Wind Waker HD.
