Eh, it doesn't work if Samus isn't standing tall. She's supposed to be 6-foot-something.
Granted, Fit Trainer may be quite tall as well, though height has little to do with fitness.

Fit Trainer is barefoot, while Samus is wearing her power suit. It actually looks like they might be about the same height.
I found it odd that Yoshi is one of the original 8 available characters from SSB who isn't revealed yet.

Maybe they're reworking him and need time before they show him off. That would be cool (although I do like playing as Yoshi in Brawl).
Although, I'd like the next reveal to be a non-Mario related character. We already have Mario, Luigi, Peach and Bowser confirmed from the Mario universe, it's time to give the other franchises some love.
