I'm a little confused about whether or not the PS4 Camera is shipping with the console.
The PS4 product page on German Amazon ( http://www.amazon.de/Sony-PlayStation-4-Konsole/dp/B00BIYAO3K/ ) shows the PS4 WITH a camera. The product description also mentions and shows the camera, but since there is no official listing of what is part of the package, I guess that doesn't necessarily mean it's included.
The PS4 product page on US Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-4/dp/B00BGA9WK2/ ) on the other hand does not show a camera on the main product images. The product description on the other hand is also showing the camera, there are even more pictures of the camera than of the controller. But the US product description also doesn't make clear if it's included or not. The camera is listed under the product's "Key Features", which could be understood as being part of the package, but on the other hand the camera already has it's own product page as well, which could be understood as not being part of the package.
I didn't watch the show, so I'm wondering: Did Sony clarify this during their show?
What's interesting btw is that the product description clearly states that the camera is capable of recognizing depth, just like Kinect (and just as I've always predicted):
"The newly developed PlayStation Camera for PlayStation 4 incorporates two high-sensitive cameras that have wide-angle lenses with 85-degree diagonal angle views which can recognize the depth of space precisely. [...] Two high-sensitive cameras with 85-degree diagonal angle views for enhanced depth perception"
