Yeah, that was the worst part of the conference. Nothing for the Vita.... we can only hope games are being developed over at Japan and then localized over. For now anyways.

Yep my prediction of 50m PS4 40 min PS3 30 min PSV was just wrong. More like 1h 30m PS4 20m PS3 10m PSV. However it should get some good screen time at TGS.

I was banned for three days after I said the exact same thing. Well I said "Dead in the Water", but you get the idea.

I think they are essentially dropping it. It's really sad, I felt like they didn't give it a proper chance. It never really had the support it deserved. I'm kind of happy I sold mine about 8 months ago.

The days when Japanese games sell well in the West are done since 2001. Yeah there is a Metal Gear or Resident Evil and a few more, but even FF is on its way down in the West. JRPGs seem to be Japanese only these days.

I'm a vita super fan- its all good

I was disappointed it didn't get any new game mentions or much screen time. What it did get was a Killzone Mercenary shout out, new Walking Dead episode attached onto the first season when it launches on Vita along with some exclusive stuff. Vita will get the full PS3 library through Gaikai, apparently after PS4 and PS3 and not sure if PS1 or PS2 titles will appear or not. Trenton also said Vita is just beginning and that the Vita will be pivotal for PS4.

Expect more to come.

I'm surprised how poorly the Vita has done compared to the PSP. I was expecting life time sales of Vita to reach about 40-50 million at least but now it doesn't even look like it will crack 30m. Crazy to go from ~80m sold to such so low levels in one generation.

You have Tearaway and Killzone coming, but aside from that the lack of adequate software is alarming.
I have the urge of wanting to trade in my Vita and I don't even own a Vita.
