lol @ Mirror's Edge2, PoP, World of Tanks and Dead Rising 3.
That's so damn weak. The conference is going to be painful to watch.

I'm interested to see if WoT receives a major overhaul for the xbox one release (and whether or not that extends to the PC version), as I have some real gripes with the physics in that game and the blocky environments don't help either.
And I actually think the line up is quite good, but I hope MS can spice it up a lot with their first party offerings.
Will be staying up to 2am to watch this, hopefully it's good :)

You think that lineup is good? And that people won't see through that they're timed exclusives (except for World of Tanks)?
These type of mid-market titles are important to broaden the early launch lineup, but it pisses me off that they're bought third party titles and explicit proof that MS' first party development is in deep trouble.
1. Confirmed Microsoft is actively attempting to get developers to not mention PS4 versions. If they don't say "OUR GAME IS EXCLUSIVE FOR XBONE" expect a PS4 version. #truthfact
In the immortal words of Jeremy Clarkson " More powah !"
4. DRM plans are actually worse than what they've stated.
In the immortal words of angryjoe "were they going to demand blood sacrifice ?"
3. Cloud power was designed as DRM. Period. DRM was Microsoft's idea. EA and Ubisoft are supporters, Activision slightly less so.
Well, I'm supporting Activision. Problem solved.

I don't get why Microsoft would be the one coming up with this idea of DRM, most of the games are selling better on their system, I don't see why they would feel the need for this. :/ |
Nope, It's very genre specific. FPS and WRPG sell best on 360. Action, adventure, JRPG, fighting, non-American sports games sell better on PS3. I'm guessing even GTAV will sell better on PS3 now that there's install base parity.
One of my guesses for how DRM is worse than they make out is that for as long as a game is tied to one account it's not possible to get achievements on any account (family members, and playing over at your friend's house). After all if game lending is a thing that requires formal transfer of the game to another account, why would anyone do that if you can use an account on any Xbone to play the game.
Some people also seem to be thinking that you'll be able to play a game on a different Xbone via the cloud, rather than having to take the disc and install the game on the second Xbone. So that would be like a person's Xbone acting like an Onlive server. That ain't going to happen. I also suspect it won't be carte blanche on this.
On the PS4 side, every passing day that SOny doesn;t come out and say that there's no change from PS3 to PS4 wrt DRM I worry. E3 should tell us a lot. If Sony says nothing, then my worry will escalate exponentially. So I really need Sony to come totally clean on their DRM approach. Say once and for all whether they're being totally neutral on DRM or if they're implementing some DRM supporting middleware into the console.

If it's true that MS was the one that approached 3rd parties with the whole DRM thing, then I'm really pissed at MS.
