Definitely not a fat person, human fat looks too much like chicken fat, yuck.
And judging by the animals we eat, I'd say it'd have to be a person in their teens or twenties for the best tenderness and flavor. Now if the flavor happens to be bland (they're vegan?) then I'd expect an older person to be better.
And of course, the best cut of meat would be the thigh (rump) , unless you're actively working them gluts at the gym, they're going to be the most tender muscles in the human body. Though I'd pressume the abs would have the most flavor.
