I dare you to find any Metal Gear Where Snake does not sound Pissed off or Monotone.... KS is perfect for this role. 

Even though I will miss Hayter, I definitely think Kiefer will do a fine job. People who say their not going to buy this game because of a voice actor is kind of ridiculous. This is a Kojima game and I'm sure it'll be amazing.

I like Hayter's performances in the Metal Gear Solid franchise, but I think that Sutherland could perform the role well, and if that is Kojima's current vision for his franchise, I'm going to wait and see how it works out.

I don't give a shit whether it's an alcoholic hobo or the Pope who voices a video game, it adds NOTHING to the game itself, in fact getting celebrities in on it probably makes development a lot more expensive.
What benefit does a celebrity voicing a video game bring to the game itself, other than to the 6 morons who will rush out and buy it because that person's voice is in it?

Great choice of actor, but gaming scripts are what they are, gaming scripts. They rarely achieve the heights of hollywood or tv show scripts, so it will be weird... for both us and Sutherland.
