Sony

and MS

But I'm not good editing pics so I'll simply post my predictions.

My predictions:

Microsoft

1-They will announce at least 2 new IP.

2-MSoft will only give vague details about its launch date ("by November" or "available during Black Friday"). No price.

3-At least 30 minutes of MSoft's conference will be around Kinect and games for it.  

4-Smartglass will be shown.

5-EA will be present during their conference and will reveal (timed) exclusive content for Xbox One users for all their games.

6-Xbox360 will get a price cut.

Sony

1-They will announce 2 new IP, 1 for the PS4 and one for Vita.

2-Sony will reveal the price and launch dates of the PS4.

3-PS4 will have PS3 backwards compatibility ... through Gaikai and for a fee (for each game).

4-Diablo III gameplay shown during Sony's conference.

5-PSVita nd PS3 will get price cuts.

6-Just like the Xbone, that only has 1 sku with 500GB, PS4 will only have 1 model too and it will also have 500GB but unlike the Xbox One, it will be upgreadable.

Nintendo

1-They will also announce a new IP for WiiU.

2-WiiU won't get a price cut, but the actual premium bundle will replace the basic one (in both colors), and a newer model will take the 350 € spot.

3-The Nintendo Direct will focus on WiiU, with the 3DS getting little attention but it will have its own Direct during E3.

4-Retro's game will be shown.

5-3DS will have new colors and bundles.

6-Super Mario Kart will be the first game to support 2 Gamepads.

Others

1-All but 1 EA games will be sequels.

2-Doom 4 will be announced for PS4/Xbone/PC.

3-A new Elder Scrolls will be announced.

4-Half Life 3 still missing.

5-Ubisoft's new racing game will be Xbox One/PS4/PC only.

6-Square-Enix's E3 will be disappointing.
