I think it's a card game, rather than a proper DBZ title.
Also, to answer your question about P&D, it's coming "Winter" (no release date yet) and GungHo are aiming to sell 1 million.

I don't know, I like card games on handhelds. I think I have spent more time with the Uncharted card game than with the other entries in the series.
