Nah. Both Wii U and Vita will start to pick up after a price cut and a few more games launch. Nothing spectacular, mind you, but a decent boost. Vita may also be helped by the fact that it can remote play EVERY PS4 game that doesn't require the PS4 Eye. I also expect PS4 and, to a lesser extent, Xbox One to do well when they launch.

Are you sure that the VITA cannot do the EYE games? I mean, doesn't it have a camera AND a mic? Maybe some PS EYE games can be done?

Technically it most probably could, but practically it wouldn't be recommendable: you hold the PSV with your hands, so your position relative to it can't change very much, and the camera could be at most used to detect facial expressions, lip movements, eye blinks.
But PSV has accelerometers, and the camera input could integrate their data to compute the optical flow of the relative motion between the user's face and shoulders and the background, so, as the goal is to have an equivalent input, they could be used to replace the Eye + PS Move with an input method more viable for a portable console.
