Hmm, that would be interesting. I don't think their PC partners would like that too much - but add cordless keyboard and there you go. The X1 Console is more powerful than most PC's out today.

It reminds me of their first connection with email at home on your TV produce they had. I can't seem to remember what it was called.

I doubt they would honestly. They'd annoy to many other companies and partners.

Xbox One is in all likelihood a different skin for Metro on a Win8 core, plus some switchable virtual machines running the other tasks. The hardware is very close to a PC, I guarantee the first dev kits ran Win8.

There's probably a debug desktop mode on it that's disabled at retail.
