I didn't sell my entire library of games. Though I did sell several.

Trust me. I wanted more, but getting $180 was the best I could do.
The upside for him was that he had a confirmed, working model. The downside for me, he pulled my USB stick out and corrupted my profile.
I am NOT looking forward to replaying my RPGs so I can get the final achievements on them, but I'm going to have to.

so you're new here i take it..
...i'm a ps3 guy. got my ps3 shortly after buying LBP (yes i got the game first and played it at my neighboors house). here's the thing i'll say about multi-console ownership: it's over-rated. access to a few more exclusives hardly matters when one platform on it's own has more games then you have time/money to play. then splitting things like services fees (ps+ vs. live), trophies vs. achievements, friends per platform, shelf space, ect. it's just hard to get "invested" in two platforms. that's why my 360 was neglected. i don't have anything bad to say about the 360 other than when a guy has a ps3, wii, and 360 someone has to come in last. for me it was my 360.
thanks and congratz on your baby too! it certainly is exciting. ..well i'm excited at least. i'm getting old (31) and i'm ready. i've been ready for a while actually but my wife whom is pretty career focused wanted to wait a bit longer.

If you sell your console what's the point of having games for it? That's what I think when I consider selling the console itself. The games are what makes me keep it. I love my games AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Ya im pretty new here and I agree with about having both PS3 and 360, it always seemed kinda pointless since 90% of there games are on the other. I personally picked PS3 as its exclusives appeal to me more and I dont play online so Live didnt interest me. For the last 2 gens Ive started out by getting Nintendo consoles sometime in the first half of the gen then switched to Sony near the end and ill probably stick to that pattern this gen.
And ya it is exciting, im only 21 but I feel like im ready and hope to be done having kids by the time im 30. I dont wann be too old to play and do outdoor things with them.
