It's an open secret that the PS4 has about 50% more graphical power.

50% more sounds quite a lot, but in practice, the differences will be hardly noticeable.

I personally would prefer a lower resolution over a lower (or unstable) framerate. 720p vs 1080p isn't as noticeable (on TV) as some peope make it out to be, while a lower or even unstable framerate is a major annoyance IMO.

I agree was just an example because the one dev said some games could be 30fps on Xbone while 60fps on PS4
