TBH I don't find the difference in graphics between Wii U and PS4 enough to matter to me. So, obviously I don't think a 50% gap between the PS4 and XBone will matter very much to me.

Whaaaaaat!!!???? least you're being honest :/

Bear in mind, I'm not saying that I don't see the difference.  The difference between what we've seen from the Wii U so far and what we've seen from the PS4 is clearly apparent, but it just isn't enough to be relevant to me.  If Wii U games look like the Zelda demo we saw (or say Xenoblade 2) and the PS4 graphics look like Deep Down (or say Killzone 4), I personally wouldn't care. Naturally, it follows that I won't care about the gap between PS4 and XBone.

Didn't TEH C3LL in the PS3 feature a good deal more "raw power" than the 360's CPU? How'd that work out for Sony last gen?

Graphics are getting to the point where the differences between consoles will be negligible at best anyway this upcoming generation (with the obvious exception of the Wii U). PSOne (see what I did there?!?) multiplatform games will look and play virtually identical to one another, and the differences between AAA exclusive Xbox One games and AAA exclusive PS4 games will be minimal if at all.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Pretty well? For exclusives at least. Considering ps3 had a bad memory setup and slow blu-ray and was difficult to develop for.

The gap is bigger this time and without the bottlenecks. The difference will be larger than 360-ps3 and gamecube-Xbox.
