I exercise in between loading screens...10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 10 knee-bends. This does not sound much (and probably isn't), but it adds up to ~120-200 of them each evening. I plan on buying a cross trainer and gaming while exercising though, it should be fun.

I'm not terribly muscular, but I think I can live with looking like this

most germans i know have the same body type... damn your guys genes!

Actually I'm like 25% turkish, 25% romanian, 25% prussian, 12,5% jewish and 12,5% italian. You couldn't have picked a worse person for a "German" body type :P

Not eating any type of fast food (in our family we cook fresh every day) and only drinking tap water mixed with 1/4 apple juice most of the time helps more than my "german" genes, I think

Frequently. I play hockey 2-4 times a week during winter. I also ski. In summer I play soccer, tennis and golf (my newest big interest). I casually enjoy beach volley ball and baseball. I also walk a lot and like outdoor adventure such as hiking and camping. In the past I earned a black belt in tae kwon do. Hockey and soccer are my easy favorites, and I played them at high levels in the past. I also work out 2-4 times a week. I'm a little under 6 feet and weigh about 190lbs.

I don't 'exercise' in the traditional sense. One of my big hobbies however, is walking.

Walking for great distances I mean, not from the couch to the fridge.

I regularly participate in marching events, of which there are a ton around where I live, including the biggest one in the world in Nijmegen at the beginning of the summer. It really clears my mind, and takes me to places you'd normally wouldn't go to. Sometimes it takes all day, like a 60 kilometer walk, but I also do shorter ones like 20 kilometers. I am a 'nice-weather only' guy though, so I don't have a set schedule and sometimes it takes a month between walks. I really wouldn't want to think out exercise indoors, when I could do it outdoors! Indoor gyms however, don't have a big presence in our culture here. Also, when everyone else takes the bus, I do walk to my university from the train station and back every day. No matter the weather. This is 4 kilometers total, which takes me a little over half an hour (15 minutes to, 15 minutes from).

I'm definitely not the stereotype gamer, not by character and not by appearance, and usually people don't expect me to actually be one and a Star Wars geek on top of that.

your legs must be made from steel!

They're getting pretty buff now, yeah, but they aren't body-builder-legs. The biggest giveaway that I do this however are the soles of my feet. I have like rhino-skin under there !

Let's see: My one grandma was born in Germany during the war when her mother's family was taken from Romania to Germany to work for Daimler as slave workers. During the "Wirtschaftswunder" she met a turkish guest worker -> My father's side of the family

My other grandma was Italian/Jewish (born some time in the early 1930's, while my other grandpa was prussian. There might be much more nationalities mixed into my family, but these are the ones I know of xD

i run 4-5 times a week
