Tagging. Going to download the demo on Wii U.

Alright, so I've played the demo now. Overall it was good; not sure if better than the 3DS version, though.
On a side note, I spoke to my brother who tried out the 360 version, and he said he was somewhat underwhelmed as it didn't "feel" like the same game.

NINTENDO 3DS REMAKE
The overall look of the game is exactly the same. So people dont really have to worry that their 3DS version is super inferior to the new game.
Neither contrast nor brightness have been fixed to make both off screen screenshots look the same Its just to give a small impression. (plus in the real world the difference in the picture with the door is almost non existant while here the 3DS version seems alot "cooler")

OK, just finished the demo on Wii U. Overall, it felt like an inferior experience. The graphics are about the same on the 3DS and Wii U versions, but I found the control scheme (and control responsiveness) lacking on Wii U. Aiming was a big problem for me.
I love the Miiverse functionality planned for the game, but I can't justify another purchase. Haven't tried it on Xbox or PS3, but right now the 3DS version seems like the better option.
Is it possible that IGN was playing a really old build?
I mean on my WiiU the shadows they mention look perfect. I mean really perfect you can even see the trigger of Jill's gun.
off-screen screenshot of the game on my WiiU IGN's video (I visited their site to avoid youtube's crappy compression)
I cant compare to the Ps3 or 360 demo even tho I have both systems because someone there was incompetent and there is no RE Revelations demo on Ps3 or 360 in europe or at least in my country.......
So can anyone take a look at the shadows in the PS360 versions? And check if they match the WiiU ones? Or is WiiU superior here? (Even if WiiU is more powerful I doubt that since its just a 3DS port how can this result in crappy shadows on Ps360?)
Big WiiU version (click me!)![]()
See the trigger?

Just finished the WiiU version.
Overall very similar to the 3DS version, but as others had said the aiming is all over the place. Hopefully you'll be able to adjust the sensitivity in the options somewhere.
Look forward to getting the full version later this month.
Played it on my Wii U, plays and run great.

Here a little quote I want for those to keep memorize in your head for this coming next gen. By: Suke |
I finished the PS3 and Wii U versions, they both run fine except the Wii U's aiming is a bit clunkier.
