Kongfucius said: Slightly concerned about that drop for DQM, it has absolutely piss-poor legs (seriously, I can't think of a game as front-loaded as the 1st one) so if pre-orders and therefore, the FW are weak, it's unlikely to be able to leg its way back up later on. Other than that a nice enough update, the sales split for Diva F 2 will be interesting, hopefully given that the first one did best on Vita the fanbase there will help PSV version outsell the PS3 one even though it doesn't have the advantage of launching first this time |
What game are you talking about?

Sorry, Kresnik's right, i meant the 3DS remake of the first game DQM game from the GBC days (Terry's Wonderland I think its called)
Also is your sig is from the end of the first chapter of Norwegian Wood isn't it? Great book, I wanted to get into Murakami and asked for it as a christmas present, read it all in about 3 or 4 days. You have great taste!
@ Kresnik - Just to back up what I said, it has sold 53.8% of its sales just in the first week, though you're definitely right to say that DQ7 seems to be even more front-loaded with FW sales making up 67.5% of the current total, though of course it's had fewer weeks so in theory that should drop as time passes. What made me think DQM was so front-loaded (not that it isn't) was actually its YTDs - 928k in 6 months of 2012 but just 28k in the whole of 2013, a 97% drop.
In retrospect that seems like a fairly standard JRPG pattern for DQM3D, I take it that proper mainline entries hold better?
As for the daily, pretty slow except for DQM (ironically)
