Still big Dragon Quest & Sengoku Basara gaps.  Dragon Ball still doing pretty crap.

Yakuza seems alright though in comparison to Kenzan which I think it a much fairer parallel to draw.

Sengoku Basara 4 doesn't look like it has enough time left to match 3 but DQM2 can match DQM with less than 3 pre-orders per day...which isn't beyond what it's been doing.  Hitting up DQVII though, that's likely beyond it.

This is comparing them at the same point in time before release.  So all the Dragon Quests are 24 days before release, for example.

DQM2 will finish well above 310 points :P

It's just whether it'll catch up to the level of the first game.  I'm not sure how many points DQM1 was getting per day at this point.  Dragon Quest games do tend to do extremely well on COMG (as with the rest of Japan, of course).

But yes.  The SB drop is pretty alarming.  Especially since it hasn't changed platforms.

What's most surprising for me is DBZ. How is it selling on par~ with the last entry with two factors in mind: Vita version and a game no one wants. I knwo it'll do badly, but maybe above (combined) the last one with 44k FW.

I don't know what to think about Yakuza, cross current and next platforms are confusing. DQ2 is doing bad IMO compared to the first one, the userbase has just grown more now. But maybe Kirby sucked it all before.

Final Fantasy X Remaster did a good job of spiking sales, but I'm wondering if their really is a strategy anymore for this platform.

Not bad Dragon Quest, not bad. Now we all wish Square releases in 2014 a main DQ game for 3DS to boost up sales.
